The bed situation was a nightmare-two single beds pushed together with a flimsy mattress. I woke up in the middle of the night stuck in the gap.

I had a warm welcome, competent and responsive staff. Enjoyed staying at the reasonably large and beautiful double room with ultra comfortable bed. There were tea and coffee making equipment, fridges, and glassware too.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just a 10-15 minute walk from a large medieval baptistery. the units are decently sized and beautiful, with a handy area to work. the bed was massive and comfortable. the breakfast provided was excellent. the staff were helpful and accommodating.

The rooms were well-equipped and decent sized here with comfy sofas, delicious breakfast, massive bed. It was nice to have coffee and tea making equipment, a fridge, and glassware available. The atmosphere created was quiet.

Our room was spacious with a huge comfy bed, and we loved having breakfast with a view of the yard through the windows. 👍.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is next to the port and near the city centre. Breakfast was nice. No bufet, but a fixed portion of basic things and something freshly made by the cook. Might not be sufficient for big eaters:-). It's the second time I stayed here and again I could book a day extra without problems. Depending on the room you do have wifi in the room or only in the lobby.

Responsive staff. Free wake up service and ironing available. Huge, new-fashioned units with a comfy bed. Handy area to work. Excellent breakfast. A lot of tasty food for meals.

Very pleasant friendly staff!
Live music every evening/night - very noisily even with closed window! WiFi connection is very fair, hand soap was available only for the first day, no shampoo. Not very clean bathroom and room decoration.
